Product Description

Overview
It is suitable for transmitting low-speed, low-energy detonation waves, initiating detonator or detonation network. It has good anti-static and anti-stray current performance, and is safe, simple and reliable.

Specifications and models
The outer diameter of the detonating tube is 2.8mm ~ 3.2mm, and the inner diameter is 1.3mm ~ 1.5mm.

● Detonation speed: under the condition of 20 ℃ ± 10 ℃, the detonation speed shall not be less than 1600 m/s, and the range of the same batch shall not be more than 100 m/s.
● Explosion transmission reliability: reliable explosion transmission under the condition of -40 ℃ ~ 50 ℃. After explosion transmission, the color of the tube wall of the detonating tube shall change obviously to facilitate the inspection of the blasting network.
● Initiation sensitivity: One No. 8 industrial detonator can simultaneously detonet 20 detonators.

Method of use
The detonating tube shall not be thinned, beaten, knotted (folded), etc., and the interface shall not appear when the detonating tube is used for explosion transmission. If there is an interface, it shall be connected and fixed with a sleeve, and the port must be sealed when not in use.

Precautions
● When transporting, it should be handled with light, and impact and vibration are strictly prohibited.
● During storage, the head and tail should be heat-sealed to prevent moisture from entering the water.
● During network connection, the end face of the detonating tube shall be sheared flat and jointed tightly in the casing.

Storage conditions:Sealed packaging conditions, stored in a well-ventilated, dry, fire-proof, anti-theft warehouse.
Validity Period:The shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture.
Packing:The inner packing of this product is plastic bag, and the outer packing is corrugated box. Comply with WJ/T 2019 requirements.
