Overview
In order to improve the strength of the detonating tube and high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties to meet the needs of different use, the use of compound structure (blended plastic) to manufacture the detonating tube, that is, high-strength detonating tube. The inner tube has good adhesion to the powder and has resistance to axial rupture. The middle layer and the outer layer have the functions of anti-axial tension, waterproof, anti-oil, anti-corrosion, anti-aging, anti-wear and color marking.
According to the purpose, it is divided into surface detonating tube and in-hole detonating tube.

The outer diameter of the detonating tube is 2.8mm ~ 3.4mm, and the inner diameter is 0.9mm ~ 1.1mm.

performance index
Tensile performance: under the condition of 15 ℃ ~ 25 ℃, the tensile force is not less than 196N.
● Oil resistance: the surface detonating tube can be reliably detonated after being taken out after being naturally cooled for 24h in (50±5)℃ No. 0 diesel oil. The in-hole detonating tube is insulated in No. 0 diesel oil at 75 ℃ ~ 80 ℃ for 3h, then cooled naturally for 72h, and can reliably transmit explosion after being taken out.
● Discount explosion: fold the product in half and insert it into 20 holes with a diameter of Φ10mm and a depth of 38mm, and the explosion shall be reliably transmitted.
● Detonation speed: under the condition of 20 ℃ ± 10 ℃, the detonation speed shall not be less than 1700 m/s, and the range of the same batch shall not be more than 150 m/s.
● Explosion transmission reliability: the product can reliably transmit explosion in the temperature range of -40 ℃ ~ 85 ℃. After explosion transmission, the color of the detonating tube wall should change obviously, which is convenient for checking the blasting network.

Method of use
● The detonating tube shall not be thinned, beaten, knotted (folded), etc. It is not suitable to use the detonating tube to transmit explosion. If there is an interface, it shall be connected and fixed with a sleeve. When not in use, the port must be sealed.

Precautions
● When transporting, it should be handled with light, and impact and vibration are strictly prohibited.
● During storage, the head and tail ends must be sealed to prevent water ingress or moisture.
● During network connection, the end face of the detonating tube shall be sheared flat and jointed tightly in the casing.

Storage conditions:Sealed packaging conditions, stored in a well-ventilated, dry, fire-proof, anti-theft warehouse.
Validity Period:The shelf life is 36 months from the date of manufacture
Packing:The inner packing of this product is plastic bag, and the outer packing is corrugated box. Complies with WJ/T2019 requirements.
