Overview
The surface delay detonator is composed of surface detonator, foundation detonator, bayon plug and J-type connector, which is suitable for the connection of surface network in the blasting operation without gas and mine dust explosion hazard on the surface and underground. It is not affected by stray current, static electricity and radio frequency when used.

● The detonating tube is a surface high-strength detonating tube with an outer diameter of 2.8mm ~ 3.4mm and an inner diameter of 0.9mm ~ 1.1mm.
● Initiation ability: It can blow through a lead plate with a thickness of 2mm, and the perforation diameter of the lead plate is not less than the outer diameter of the detonator.
● Temperature resistance: the product in the low temperature -40 ℃ conditions, keep 2h, reliable detonation; in the high temperature 50 ℃ conditions, keep 2h, reliable detonation.
● Tensile performance: under 39.2N static tension for 1min, the detonating tube shall not come out of the bayonet plug.
● Water resistance: the product is immersed in 0.2MPa (equivalent to 20m) water for 24h, and the product will not be misfired or semi-exploded after being taken out.
● Fire reliability: each "J" type connector can be detonated 1~6 detonating tube.
Method of use
The "J" type connector of the surface delay detonator can connect 1~6 detonating tubes. During network connection, ensure that all the detonating tubes are reliably stuck in the connector. When only one detonating tube is stuck in the connector, the detonating tube shall be wound again in the connector to ensure reliable connection.
Precautions
● When transporting, it should be handled with care, and friction and impact are strictly prohibited.
● Keep away from fire and heat sources to prevent sun, rain and moisture.
● If improper use causes the detonating tube to be cut or damaged, so that moisture or water immersion will lead to misfired.
Storage conditions:Sealed packaging conditions, stored in a well-ventilated, dry, fire-proof, anti-theft warehouse.
Validity Period:It is valid for 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Packing:The inner packaging of this product is plastic bags, and the outer packaging is corrugated box, which meets the GB19417 requirements.
