Product Description

Overview
The in-hole detonator is composed of in-hole detonator, basic detonator and bayon plug. It is suitable for the application of in-hole detonator in surface and underground blasting operations. The working environment is blasting engineering without gas and dust explosion hazard, and is not affected by stray current, static electricity and radio frequency when used.

performance index
● The detonating tube is a high-strength detonating tube in a pink hole, with an outer diameter of 2.8mm ~ 3.4mm and an inner diameter of 0.9mm ~ 1.1mm.
● Temperature resistance: the product in the low temperature -40 ℃ conditions, keep 2h, reliable detonation; in the high temperature 80 ℃ conditions, keep 2h, reliable detonation.
● Initiation ability: it can burst through a lead plate with a thickness of 5mm, and the perforation diameter of the lead plate is not less than the outer diameter of the detonator.
● Tensile performance: the product shall not escape from the bayonet plug under 39.2N static tension for 1min.
● Water resistance: the product is immersed in 0.3MPa (equivalent to 30m) of water for 24h, and can be reliably detonated after being taken out.
● Oil resistance: the product is immersed in 75~80 ℃ 0 diesel oil for 3h, then naturally cooled for 72h, and then reliably detonated after taking out.

Method of use
When the delay detonator used in one blasting is a product with different delay time, the delay time mark on the detonator should be clearly recognized. According to the gun distribution scheme, the guns are loaded at different delay times, and then connected according to the designed networking method.
The body of the detonator used for the detonating charge must be fully inserted into the explosive and fixed to prevent it from being pulled off during the connection process.
For the detonator of detonator, the tube body shall be inserted into the side hole through the center hole.

Precautions
● When transporting, it should be handled with care, and friction and impact are strictly prohibited.
● Keep away from fire and heat sources to prevent sun, rain and moisture.
● If improper use causes the detonating tube to be cut or damaged, so that moisture or water immersion will lead to misfired.

Validity Period:The shelf life is 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Storage conditions:Sealed packaging conditions, stored in a well-ventilated, dry, fire-proof, anti-theft warehouse.
Packing:The inner packaging of this product is plastic bags, and the outer packaging is corrugated box, which meets the GB19417 requirements.
