Overview
It is composed of ordinary detonating tube, foundation detonator and bayon plug assembly, and is suitable for underground or open-air blasting engineering without gas and mine dust explosion danger. It is not affected by stray current, static electricity and radio frequency when used.

● The detonating tube is a white common detonating tube with an outer diameter of 2.8mm ~ 3.2mm and an inner diameter of 1.3mm ~ 1.5mm.
● Water resistance: The water-resistant detonator is immersed in a water-filled container with a water depth of 20m or a pressure equivalent to 20m water depth for 24 hours, and shall be reliably fired after being taken out.
● Tensile performance: use 19.6N static tensile force for 1min, and the detonating tube will not fall out of the bayonet plug.
● Seismic performance: in line with the WJ231 standard vibration test machine continuous vibration 5min, no explosion, loose structure or damage.
● Initiation ability: it can burst through a lead plate with a thickness of 5mm, and the perforation diameter of the lead plate is not less than the outer diameter of the detonator.
● Extension time: as GB19417.

Method of use
The network connection can be connected by means of connection block or electrician adhesive tape (use electrician adhesive tape to wrap more than 4 layers, and must be wrapped around the energy output part of the detonator). The network connection should be neat, firm and easy to check.

When the delay detonator used in one blasting is a product of different segments, the segment mark on the detonator should be recognized. According to the gun distribution plan, the gun is loaded in sections, and then connected according to the designed networking method. Beware of mixed and wrong sections to avoid affecting the blasting effect.
The detonator body of the detonator used for the detonating charge must be fully inserted into the explosive and fixed to prevent pulling out during the connection process.

Precautions
●It is prohibited to use in places where there is a danger of explosion of methane, coal dust or other combustible mine dust.
● In the process of use, it is necessary to avoid scratching, knotting and burning the detonating tube, and it is not allowed to get sand, mud, water, oil and other sundries into the detonating tube hole, so as not to affect the transmission of explosion.
● In handling and use, should be handled with light, no friction, impact, collision and close to high temperature heat source.
● Keep away from fire and heat sources to prevent sun, rain and moisture.
● As the surface detonator initiation network, there shall be no more than 20 rounds each time. The detonator and the detonating tube shall be bound firmly, and the detonator initiation direction shall be opposite to the detonating direction of the detonating tube.
● It is forbidden to use the detonator as a drilling tool.
● Do not coexist with explosives and detonating cord.

Storage conditions:Sealed packaging conditions, stored in a well-ventilated, dry, fire-proof, anti-theft warehouse.
Validity Period:It is valid for 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Packing:The inner packing of this product is plastic bag, and the outer packing is corrugated box. Meet GB19417 requirements.
